...pen"DIET KERAS" yang tegar...

For breakfast...
Oat + nestum + corn flakes + milo cereal...
 
For dinner
oat + ikan goreng + bayam + jagung + ulam²...




amacam??? 
rasa²nya kalau hari2 makan macam gini....
aku boleh kurus ka????





nota kaki tangan dan mulut: kita tgk la berapa lama aku tahan makan oat tu..hahahaha
